These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of thebourbonsupply.com and to every order placed with The Bourbon Supply, operated by Eoten Threethree Disaster Supplies Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, to use this website and to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the person receiving the delivery does too.

2. Age and identity verification

We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and identity at any time, including before we ship an order or at the point of delivery. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

3. Our products

We are an independent retailer. We are not the producer of the products we sell and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the distilleries or brands listed on our website unless we say so. Product images are for illustration, and packaging or labels may vary slightly. We describe each product as accurately as we can.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Many of our products are limited in supply, and an item showing as available is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, cannot verify your age, cannot lawfully deliver to your address, or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payment is made through our payment provider, Cray, using its secure hosted payment page. You can choose “Pay with Cray” at checkout and pay by card or bank transfer. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. We do not store your card or bank details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping & Delivery policy. You are responsible for making sure that receiving alcohol at your delivery address is lawful, and for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

9. Responsible use

Please drink responsibly. You must not buy products from us for resale or to supply to anyone under the legal drinking age.

10. Website use

All content on this website belongs to us or is used with permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of the courts of Makati City.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.
